This is the beginning of a series of posts, I hope. Working in the multi-family housing industry with emphasis in the Cleveland marketplace, I have come across and done business with Ariel [Ari] Nessel.
On behalf of one of my clients, I am attempting to learn more about your business dealings with him. I look forward to your posts and sharing our common experiences, learning as we go.
Thank you.

I know the guy but not well. Tried to buy a deal but it did not work out. Talk to his broker and his managers in Cle. I dont think that they like him a whole lot.
Please contact me. I did a deal with him and was really taken for a ride for alot of money!!!
chaya you left no way to contact you ... send me an e mail please at mitch.greenstein@gmail.com so that i can call you or such ... thank you
very poor business man. his apartment buildings in eat cleveland are overrun with drugs and prostitutes. he has created unstable and unsafe environments, and has not shown tenants the least bit of respect or courtesy. as a former tenant of his 12700 Shaker Blvd. building I would advise others not to do business with him or his affiliates. People who take other's money with promises of security and safety and then break that promise with no regard for business integrity or customer satisfaction simply should not be in business.
I did business with this jerk. He took me for a ride. Wasted 6 months of my time running me around like a circus clown doing every little thing he asked. Went above and beyond the call of duty for him and did everything I said I would do and he still screwed me out of payment. He did the un think able to me. I can't post about it now but when it's all said and done and we are through with court... you all will be celebrating. I will be sure to follow up.
